This week, the Cahal Pech Village Resort located in San Ignacio, Belize, and the Los Porticos Villas in Placencia, Belize, have announced a brand-new collaboration to give travelers a comprehensive experience of both the jungle and sea in Belize. The new seven-night, eight-day itinerary includes ground transportation, food, and a bevy of exciting tours to all of the most popular destinations on both land and sea.

Thanks to increased competition between major airlines in the United States, it is now easier and more affordable than ever to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Belize. Southwest Airlines began operating its third non-stop flight to Belize on June 4, 2017, connecting the city of Fort Lauderdale (FLL) in South Florida to Belize for the first time. Southwest also operates non-stop routes to Belize from Houston (HOU) and Denver (DIA). American Airlines, Delta, and United Airlines also operate non-stop flights to Belize City from major cities across the country.
Canadians too have more options for enjoying a fabulous Belize vacation after Canada Air, the largest airline in the country, announced it would join WestJet in providing non-stop service from Toronto (YYZ) to Belize City (BZE) beginning on December 15, 2017. WestJet has been flying to Belize since 2015.
