Beginning on June 6th, American Airlines will add a new nonstop service to Belize from Los Angeles.
The new flight will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays on a Boeing 737-800 that seats 16 passengers in first class and 144 in coach.
“This new service means that travellers from California can travel to Belize with ease,” said Lloyd Alvarez, Reservations Manager at Cahal Pech Village Resort.
Alvarez believes that the best time to visit Belize is anytime and added, “I encourage travellers from California to make the most of their trip to Belize by visiting the best of both worlds – the rainforest and reef.”
The additional service is part of a wider Caribbean expansion for the airline and will depart Belize at 8:55 a.m. and arrive in Los Angeles around 1:10 p.m. with the Los Angeles flight leaving at 12:30 a.m. and arriving in Belize at 6:10 a.m.
