Drawing on the rich culinary heritage of Belize's British, Maya, Creole, Garifuna, and Caribbean influences, the chefs of Ixtabai always ensure that delicious, exciting meals are on the menu.

The Ixtabai restaurant is open for breakfast between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Lunch is served from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM and dinner runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The restaurant is open to both guests of the Cahal Pech Village Resort as well as anyone visiting nearby San Ignacio Town. Reservations are generally not necessary.
