The Ixtabai restaurant is open for breakfast between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Lunch is served from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM and dinner runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The restaurant is open to both guests of the Cahal Pech Village Resort as well as anyone visiting nearby San Ignacio Town. Reservations are generally not necessary.
