Horseback Riding Tour

Upon making a reservation, a deposit equaling 50% of the total amount is necessary. The remaining 50% should be settled 30 days before your arrival.

For our inclusive packages, which are priced per person in US dollars and based on double occupancy, a 50% deposit is essential at the time of booking. Please note that these packages exclude bar items and guide gratuities, and no refunds are provided for any unused parts of the package.

Regarding cancellations:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund, less a $60 USD handling fee. For cancellations between 30-15 days prior to arrival, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival, no refund can be provided.
This cancellation policy stands firm for any cancellation reasons, be it airline delays, world events, or personal matters. Given the unpredictability of such events, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Lastly, please be informed that no refunds are available for any unused portions of the booking, like hotel rooms or activities, if they are canceled after your arrival.
